“A magician of the keyboard”, so expressed the Wiener Zeitung, after the release of her first solo album, dedicated to the works of Enrique Granados.
Nominated in the Soloist Album category for Opus Klassik 2020, as well as Young Talent in 2023, Myriam Barbaux-Cohen exposes with this recording all the sound palette of which she has the secret. Crescendo Magazine writes: “a delicacy and an intimacy, a potential for virtuosity which, although present, do not aim for showoff. We hope for another testament to his fine art. “
Myriam obtained 1st Prize in chamber music and piano at the Gennevilliers Conservatory, then continued her studies musical studies in Paris with Muza Rubackyte at the Serge Rachmaninov Russian Conservatory, where she obtained her diploma in concert with very good honors and congratulations from the jury.
